Tundra Esports Crowned Champions of BetBoom Universe
After an amazing series, Tundra Esports won the BetBoom Universe: Episode I - Comics Zone.

After a thrilling Grand Finals matchup against The International 2021 (TI10) winners, Team Spirit, Tundra Esports is declared the winner of the BetBoom Universe: Episode I - Comics Zone online competition in preparation for its impending journey to Lima, Peru, for the Major.

Team Spirit almost pulled off a reverse sweep over the reigning TI (The International) winners. Still, Tundra Esports had the upper hand early in the series with two consecutive victories.
Team Spirit vs Tundra Esports: Highlights from the game
Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko and Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen were added to Tundra Esports' Upper Bracket Finals match versus Gaimin Gladiators; however, the team nonetheless participated in the Grand Finals with their whole squad. In Game One, Team Spirit chose the trio of Morphling, Centaur Warrunner, and Pangolier in an aggressive draught strategy. Conversely, Tundra Esports decided to use a more stable draught by selecting Enigma and Naga Siren. Early in the game, Team Spirit was dominant as Oliver "skiter" Lepko's Naga Siren was severely bullied by Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov's Centaur. Team Spirit lost the series' first game after 68 minutes despite its advantages as they could not match Tundra's late-game capability.
When Tundra kept the Enigma and switched up the draughts in Game Two, Team Spirit risked by selecting Alchemist for Illya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk. Although the game's early stages were in Tundra's favour, Team Spirit's bet paid off in the middle of the match when Yatoro's Alchemist handed his side the crucial advantage. Nevertheless, Tundra Esports punished Spirit's errors and won Game Two, steadily erasing Team Spirit's gift.

Leon "Nine" Kirilin's Game Three got off to a rough start as he just ran into the other squad and passed away, giving Denis "Larl" Sigitov a good head start on the Storm Spirit. At the 20-minute mark, a terrible team fight almost lost Team Spirit the whole series. Nonetheless, Team Spirit was able to overcome Tundra's net worth advantage and win Game Three after 43 minutes after becoming tired of losing leads in the previous two games. Because to the fact that both sides selected heroes that were suited for early-game assault, Game Four got off to a bloody start. Nonetheless, Team Spirit soon won the match after 24 minutes because of a substantially superior snowball draught over Tundra's.
To complete the reverse sweep in game 5, Team Spirit again fielded a very aggressive lineup that included Tusk, Shadow Fiend, and Io. Spirit almost won after applying constant pressure to Tundra's base, but the team recovered thanks to Tundra's late-game composition and map presence. At 54 minutes, Team Spirit declared "GG", with the game all but over.
Tundra Esports had a successful winter tour, finishing third in what is now the most competitive area after a three-way tiebreaker. But, it would undoubtedly raise the team's spirits for the next Lima Major if it won the BetBoom Universe competition. With the revamped lineup, Team Spirit would finish second in this event for the second time in a row. The squad will be very eager to exact retribution at the Major, having pushed Tundra Esports to its ultimate limit in a best-of-five series.
