A portion of Valorant's competitive experience will soon be available to regular gamers. The development of a brand-new tournament format called Valorant Premier will give gamers something to strive for beyond Radiant. It is designed for most competitive players, flowing right into the VCT Challengers circuit.

The beta release of this new mode will start rolling out to a select number of Brazilian users the following week. Riot believes a minor group will enable it to test and improve more quickly, allowing it to release the final version sooner, even if it plans to make it accessible to more people. Players will be able to assemble a team and participate in a season of pre-scheduled games against other teams with comparable ability levels. After assembling a roster, teams are assigned to a division where they compete in a season that combines weekly games and tournaments. Players can also design a personalized team logo with original symbols and backdrop hues.
The top teams will have a chance to advance to the end-of-season tournament to compete for the title of Division Champion throughout each brief season. Key elements, including team formation, server load, tournament play, premier score, matchmaking, and queue health, will be the main emphasis of the alpha test. Map pick-and-banning is one of the most intriguing improvements coming to Premier; this functionality has never been added to Valorant's ranked mode.
Additional adjustments are expected following the alpha test, as Riot will carefully consider comments from the first batch of testers.
