One of the yearly core events in Indian Esports, the WD Black Cup Season 4, will be organised by Skyesports. It will have an aggregate prize pool of $11,000 (INR 8,96,660) across four competitive titles: CS: GO, Dota 2, Pokemon Unite, and Real Cricket 22.

Originally scheduled to compete, Overwatch 2 has been replaced by Dota 2 and Pokemon Unite due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control. Both of these games, which are relatively similar but are played on different platforms, are vying for recognition in the South Asian market. Four Pokemon Unite teams have been accepted directly for the fourth season of the WD Black Cup, which Skyesports is putting on.

- Marcos Gaming
- Revenant Esports
The competition, slated to run from February 1 to February 5 and have a $2,000 prize fund overall, will take place just before the Pokemon Unite Asia Champions League: India League's current Regular Season: Stage 1 concludes this weekend. Because all four teams will be participating in both of these events, the schedule will need to be modified. However, Skyesports is hosting both competitions, so there shouldn't be much of an issue.

Season 4 of the WD Black Cup Pokemon Unite could be a thrilling competition because some of the strongest teams in the mobile game are scheduled to face off. Since Marcos Gaming has been doing well in India's current Asia Champions League leg, they should be selected as the group's victor. The Grand Finals for certain competitions, such as CS: GO and Real Cricket 22, will take place on LAN, with all details to be revealed in due course. At this time, whether Pokemon Unite will also take place on LAN is unknown.
