In a post-IEM Rio Major update that also included improvements to the AWP and M4A1-S earlier this month, Anubis replaced the conventional Dust II in the Active Duty map pool. Twistzz, the top rifler for FaZe Clan, is eager to play on Anubis, even though professional players often oppose changes to the map pool, particularly if those changes directly impact their squad.
Anubis will be the map for the Esports scene
In an S-tier competition next month at the BLAST Premier World Final, the 2020 CS: GO map Anubis will have its professional map pool debut. Anubis replaced Dust II earlier this month in the Active Duty map pool as part of yet another upgrade from the IEM Rio major that also brought about tweaks to the AWP and M4A1-S. Many and more players oppose changes to the map pool, particularly if it affects how their team attacks, but Twistzz, a top player with FaZe Clans, is enthused to play on Anubis.
Twistzz said they had strolled about Anubis earlier this week, tried the skybox, checked out various potential boosts, threw lights, and tasted like the texture of nades. They participated in an opening game with Broky and admitted that the scenario would look fantastic on the map. That map is too sluggish. You are penalised for playing aggressively, even if it's a T. However, they anticipate it being quite tactical; thus, they believe CS is always a fantastic choice for tactical maps.

Twistzz believes that each team should practise Antubis for at least a week to assess the effects of any water and gauge how comfortable they are using the map. FaZe now have an advantage since they can play all the other maps; thus, even if they dislike Anubi, they may permanently ban it. The BLAST World Final will be held in Abu Dhabi from December 14 until March 18. The big winners will be the eight teams competing in the $1 million tournament FaZe, Heroic, Outsiders, Natus Vincere, Team Liquid, Vitality, G2, and OG.
