The tweet demonstrates that the developers are looking for appropriate solutions to this problem. After all, in addition to the brutality shown in the game, the original PUBG was prohibited in India for comparable security grounds. The game was later renamed BGMI and had some minor updates, like the substitution of "finishes" for "kills" and green "blood" spatter. One of the main markets for Krafton's games is India; therefore, a long-term ban would be costly for the business. Although no answers to the problem have yet been made public, it is evident that Krafton may modify BGMI further to guarantee that it is accepted in the Indian mobile gaming industry.

Angry Gamers Question Future Of Esports In India

The Google Play and Apple App Store are far from where Battlegrounds Mobile India is available. The game seems to have been taken down due to a government decision that reportedly breaches the country's IT regulations. The game was first released as an alternative to PUBG Mobile for India only after the latter had previously been banned in the country.

According to Krafton, efforts are being made to bring the sport back. The company just released a statement stating that it is committed to the Indian market and is optimistic about the opportunities there. "At Krafton, the security and privacy of our user's personal information are highly important. We have always complied with all laws and regulations in India, including information security, and we will continue to do so.

However, it is still unclear why this transfer occurred.

Battlegrounds Mobile India is now functioning on most devices; however, server issues and problems with in-app purchases have started to surface. After being introduced as PUBG Mobile's replacement in India, Battlegrounds Mobile quickly racked up 100 million active users.
