Galaxy Racer is launching its HER Galaxy initiative
The firm is seeking to hire artists to support its HER Galaxy concept and the talent pool for Galaxy Racer. The programming for Galaxy Racer is centered on female and non-binary artists and players, thanks to HER Galaxy. Galaxy Racer created the first all-female League of Legends lineup in the Middle East and aspired to provide women in the West with financial possibilities via competitions. Rose Ruland, a streamer and content producer, became the first signing specifically for the HER Galaxy project to launch the effort. Ruland said, "I have had several instances of just not being treated fairly due to my gender, and I would want to see that change and women get the attention they deserve. "I am certain that HER Galaxy will assist me in getting there."

Through large-scale competitions, new chances for creators, and offering value-added education and networking to its community, HER Galaxy hopes to expand the ecosystem for underrepresented females in gaming and Esports throughout 2023. HER Galaxy will provide individuals who have been historically silenced a steadfast voice. VP of partnerships Megan Holgate told Dot Esports, "we're at such a vital juncture right now, not only in our growth as an org but in the gaming industry's future." We're seeking businesses who want to join us in that effort and who want to demonstrate to this enormous audience that they are here to support them. "Now is the moment to start moving more support to women and underrepresented genders in the gaming field to make it a more inclusive environment."
Galaxy Racer will keep working with businesses with a similar perspective on what constitutes a healthy gaming environment to assist content producers in getting where they need to go. Galaxy Racer's initial sponsor is Streamlabs, which has agreed to support the brand until 2023, focusing on the 15 to 35 age range. All Galaxy Racer NA content producers will use Streamlabs Ultra to assist them in advancing their work.
