One of India's top mobile esports athletes, Jonathan "Jonathan" Amaral, has been nominated for the 'Esports Mobile Player of the Year.

Jonathan "Jonathan" Amaral, one of India's top mobile Esports competitors, has been nominated for an Esports Awards 2022 award in the "Esports Mobile Player of the Year." The 20-year-old was eventually added to the list as a wildcard along with Thai professional Free Fire player Piyapon "GODCRUZ" Boonchue, who was not previously nominated under this category.

The 20-year-old was eventually added to the category after originally not being nominated. Piyapon and "GODCRUZ" Boonchu, a professional Free Fire player from Thailand, are added to the roster as wild cards. Jonathan is recognized as one of the greatest players in the nation and has consistently shown his value throughout his career. He is among the most successful players in battle royale games like PUBG Mobile and BGMI.

Jonathan has had a successful year despite the Indian government's ban on BGMI, as he continues to participate under GodLike Esports, one of the best teams in the nation. His greatest achievement this year was coming in second place in the BGMI Masters Series, the first BGMI competition broadcast on television. He was honored as the competition's most valuable player. At the Esports Awards 2022, he is not the only Indian participant. Mortal has been nominated for "Esports Personality of the Year, and S8UL Esports has made history by becoming the first Indian Esports organization to be nominated for "Content Group of the Year.

Seven to nine sportsmen were added to the list of candidates for "Esports Mobile Player of the Year" when Jonathan and Cruz were added as wildcards.

Jonathan has played PUBG Mobile/BGMI for the last four years and is a well-known Esports athlete. He gained many followers in India after exhibiting his outstanding ability and gameplay. He competes for one of the most well-known Indian gaming groups, GodLike Esports. Jonathan has a team with which he has played for a long time, including TSM Entity Esports, a worldwide organization. He has had great success with his former squad. GodLike also participated in the Grand Finals of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021, where they came in 13th.
