They own the whole parcel of the property where they just went, at the end of that road. They estimated that it was 20,000–25,000 square feet. There, they want to erect the GE headquarters. It is roughly 25,000 square feet and is located in the center of Khar (in Mumbai), parallel to SV Road. So, shortly, they want to construct a vast GE tower there.

Sinha also discussed how the business has been gaining knowledge and finding out how to develop. She also gave a list of the company's plans:
On our journey to Valorant Champions Tour, we need many more comrades. Both in the game and outside the game.

It’s time for the GE Family to grow a little bigger. Some may call him an “import” for Pacific region, we call him, Player 1.#GlobalEsports #VALORANT #VCT pic.twitter.com/UXoIyifwjy
Due to the lockout, they had to put a lot of things on wait. It will be a lot of fun now that things have opened up, and they have many more opportunities to carry out everything they have planned. They aim to establish at least 30,000 to 40,000 square feet of Global Esports in Mumbai by 2025. They just want that in the next two to three years. A space of 50,000 square feet would be excellent.
