Global Esports To Pick Five Players For Its Female Valorant Roster From Tryouts
The top five players from the tryouts will be a part of the Global Esports Female Valorant roster on a six-month contract.
Overview:
- Three players from Global Esports' main Valorant lineup, the team's coach, and two individuals from the management team will judge the players.
- The judges will evaluate players based on their aim, game knowledge, communication with teammates, temperament in different situations, and overall skills.
The second round of Global Esports' female Valorant roster tryouts, live-streamed on the Global Esports Valorant YouTube channel, was completed on October 29. Today, October 30, is the planned day for the tryouts' third and final round. The best five players will be chosen from the remaining twenty, and they will be given a six-month contract and a spot on the Global Esports Female Valorant team. Additionally, the players will have access to cutting-edge facilities and a chance to compete at the top level.

Global Esports Female Valorant Roster Tryouts
Open trials for any female Valorant players who desire to play the game professionally were announced by Global Esports on August 17. According to the company, the best five players at the trials will be allowed to join the Global Esports female Valorant roster. The infrastructure and amenities of the organization will also be available to the players.

Global Esports' Vatsal "Nghtmre2k" Uniyal stated on social media that the tryouts would be judged by the coach, two members of the management team, three players from Global Esports' core Valorant lineup, and him. All participants were split into several groups (teams), and each group competed in 5v5 custom matches over the course of a best-of-three series.

Nghtmre2k continued by disclosing the selection criteria. The judges judge the following parts of the players' gameplay: aim, game knowledge, teamwork, temperament in various scenarios, and overall abilities. Players will also get an advantage if they can play numerous positions on the squad.
Following the first notification, 70 players signed up for the tryouts. However, twenty players progressed to the second round of tryouts following a rigorous review in the first round, which was held on September 5th. The Global Esports panel rejected as many as 50 participants.

Nghtmre2k questioned Eraser about the tryouts before the start of the second round. Eraser expressed his excitement about it and gave each player high accolades. He is highly thrilled to accomplish this. This is significant for our future. He is genuinely curious, he continued. There are several highly talented players.
