Blast Premier Day 2 saw some of the best teams take on each other for survival.

Following the conclusion of Day 1, we saw some of the top teams across the globe take on each other to keep their hopes alive in the tournament. All the matches were taken by respective favourites.

Matches from both brackets took place where a loss in the lower bracket would translate to elimination and a loss in the upper bracket will pull teams down to the match against the winner in the lower bracket.

The first map of the day saw Ninjas in Pyjamas take on OG. OG having performed poorly did not show any improvement as the Ninjas were able to steamroll them in a quick 2-0 victory thus staying alive for another day.

FaZe clearly stepped up from the major as their stars were looking good in the second match against Heroic. While Heroic was able to push them to the edge, FaZe managed to contain them and quickly closed the match 2-0.

Fluxo took on G2 esports after the latter poorly performed in their opening fixture against Liquid which saw them drop down to the lower bracket. Even though they were able to push NAVI to the edge the other day, Fluxo couldn't beat G2 as they look outclassed. A quick 2-0 meant that G2 survive another day to make it to the next stage.

The final game of the day saw NAVI take on Liquid which many predicted NAVI to go through, Liquid managed to make an upset which pushed NAVI down to a lower bracket and book themselves a matchup against FaZe in the upper bracket for a spot in the grand finals.
