Apex Legends Tips & Tricks to Become a Pro!
It seems that Apex Legends has been getting a lot of attention lately with the release of the mobile version. Hence, a lot of people have been trying to find out how one can play like a professional. Hence, in today’s blog, we will be getting into how you can play Apex Legends like a pro, and all the tips and tricks. These tips and tricks will help you to advance in your game and rise higher in the ranks. However, just knowing these will not help you, if you do not practice your game well.
All the Tips and Tricks
Without wasting much time, we will be getting into some of the important tips and tricks that you can use in your gameplay:
Landing
Well, the very first thing that you have to do is make a safe landing. That is not it. You will also need to find out where the best loot resources will be available. If you land somewhere, where the loot is quite far away, that would amount to nothing, because the enemies would have already found it by then and taken all the good stuff. For this, you will also need to know all the maps thoroughly.
Having full armour
Say you have gotten into a good landing position, and now you are going through the resources that are available to you in the loot. One of the most common mistakes that people make is ignoring full armour in favour of better weapons or healing. However, this mistake should be avoided, and you must insist your teammates take on full armour whenever they can. This would help your team fight aggressively. Apex Legends usually gives more RPs for more kills than just passive play.
Wounded? Still keep on pushing
Now you might be surprised at this tip. However, this is something that some of the pros do usually use it. However, this does not work every time you are in a situation. You need to assess a lot of things. Once you are wounded, the enemy will keep pushing you, if you try to retreat. This would cause more damage in return. Hence, we would advise that when you get a bit wounded, do not go running away behind buildings and bushes. Make sure you also retaliate and shoot them back. This would also cause damage to them, and they will not push you much. You are marking your territory by not leaving it up. If you have full armour, by all means, you can go ahead and push them. However, if you find that you are all alone and your enemy is approaching with their whole squad, it is better to hide and wait for your squad to arrive.
Using Ziplines
This is another trick connected to the previous point. Imagine you see the whole enemy squad approaching you, and you cannot hide. If you are on a map where you can go to the ziplines, then make way for the ziplines. One of the biggest advantages of using a zipline is that enemies underneath can not attack you. However, enemies on the zipline can attack you, but they can usually be handled. Another advantage of using the zipline is that you can jump off onto the land anytime, and attack your enemies from behind or surprise them!
Looting and Flanking
As mentioned in the previous point, you can easily use the zipline and go for a flank. However, flanking must not take much time, as you are going alone, and trying to take down the enemies from behind. Only go for flanking if you are sure you have enough resources and you can handle multiple enemies charging at you. You need to get out of there extremely quickly.
Another thing that you have to keep in your mind is that while looting, you cannot waste your time standing there and thinking. Once you get to the loot, you know the enemies are approaching to take it all. If you do not want to waste your resources at the very beginning of the match, make sure to just look through the loot and take all that is necessary. The strategy and planning should be done when you are landing.

Positioning
It is not always possible for you to be aggressive, and sometimes you need to camp or hide from your enemies. This is another place where you need to be extremely strategic. Just merely hiding behind trees and bushes will not help you. It will also not help you if you just hide behind a building, as you can easily be spotted. Hence, you need to know the map very well and keep following the minimap for maximum information. If you do hear your enemies in the building, have a quick scan, and then you can stand beside the closed door. If you stand opposite the door, it will not open, and the enemies will know that someone is indie, and they will prepare accordingly. You can use this information to your advantage as well.

Sensitivity
Another major thing to keep in mind is your mouse sensitivity. If you are not playing in the right sensi, you might be losing quite important fights in the game. However, that does not mean you need to follow blindly the sensitivity with which the pros play. You will have to find the right DPI and sensitivity that helps you play accordingly. It could be a high one or even a low one. It also depends upon the type of gaming mouse that you are using.
End Thoughts
These were some of the tips and tricks that you can start implementing from now on to make your gameplay better. Remember, you can not be a pro in one day, and it takes months and months of practice to get there. The whole journey is a tedious one, and you need to be patient and consistent throughout. Hence, we hope you have a good time grinding.
