Each Regular Season Split has a $500,000 USD prize fund and a chance for teams to qualify for the playoffs. Using the results of the ALGS Year 2 and the Year 3 Preseason Qualifiers, the 30 teams in each area will be seeded into three groups of 10 teams each. Each Pro League Split will start with an online Regular Season where clubs will face off in a triple round-robin style (each group plays each other three times). Each team will play 36 games in six sets throughout this triple round-robin. The next round of competition will be an online regional final using the Match Point structure, including the top 20 teams according to Regular Season Standings.

Ten teams will qualify for the Split 1 Playoffs in North America (NA), Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC), including the winner of the Regional Finals and the top nine teams in the Regular Season, point standings. The winner of the Regional Finals and the top four teams in the Regular Season point standings in South America and APAC South are two of the five teams who will advance to the Split 1 Playoffs.

Performance in the Split 1 Playoffs will be considered when allocating regional slots for the Split 2 Playoffs. A region will earn more berths for the Split 2 Playoffs the better its teams perform in the Split 1 Playoffs. The poorest eight teams in each area will be demoted to the Split 2 Pro League Qualifier after the Split 1 Pro League Regular Season. They will compete against top Challenger Circuit teams for a position in the Split 2 Pro League. Any Pro League teams who did not advance to the Final after Split 2 Playoffs will participate in the Last Chance Qualifier to advance to the global championship.
